Real Madrid and Pogba Transfer Talk Broken Down

Paul Pogba Move from Manchester United

Manchester United have told Real Madrid to forget about Pogba this summer transfer window however, Zinedine Zidane still considers the Frenchman one of his main target this summer as he looks forward to rebuild the Real Madrid squad.

Manchester United Uninterested in Selling Pogba

According to AS, Manchester United will not accept any transfer  offers for Paul Pogba. Although, reports have said that the Red Devils might let the midfielder go for €150 million (£143m/$181m), still Man United has not named any specific prize. The English club claims the 26-year-old plays a key role in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's plan for Man United success.
If the Red Devils are not ready to let the midfielder go, the only hope Madrid has is for Pogba to publicly declare his intention to leave the club just as Christian Eriksen did for Tottenham.

Zidane not giving up to acquire Pogba

According to Marca, Real Madrid manager- Zidane has decided that Real Madrid will go all out in order to obtain Paul Pogba this summer. Zidane believes the Frenchman could be a key figure in rebuilding the Spanish club. Pogba could be ready to join Luka Jovic and Eden Hazard this coming season at Santiago Bernabeu.
Reports in Spain claim that Zidane has a disagreement with Real Madrid president- Florentino Perez over signing Paul Pogba as Perez would rather sign Christian Eriksen. However, the Tottenham player indicated last week that he would be open to join Madrid this summer:
I feel that I am a place in my career where I might want to try something new.
I have the wildest and deepest respect for everything that has happened in Tottenham. But I have also said that I would like to try something new. Real Madrid is a step up but then it would take Real Madrid picking up the phone and making contact with Tottenham and say that they want Christian. And that they haven’t done as far as I know.
