Some reports in British media say the Chilean was involved in an angry confrontation with his teammates. The reports went further to say the players backed Wenger's decision to drop him from the starting 11.
When quizzed about the reports during his press conference prior to the game against Bayern Munich, Wenger said they are "Completely false."
His words: "Nothing happened, nothing at all."
But I understand that you have to fill the newspapers and we respect that. When you don't win the games there are sometimes stories."
The Frenchman then proceeded to praise Sanchez, calling him a "Committed player"
Sanchez, though, is believed to be unhappy at the club and wants out. Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus are rumoured to be interested in the services of the 28-year-old.
