As The Champions League Returns

After 2 months out, Europe's elite competition is back and does so with a bang. This week promises to be an interesting one as tantalizing clashes are set to come our way this midweek. Arguably the standout clash of the round is Arsenal's game against German Champions, Bayern Munich.

It would be the third time in 5 years these two meet in the round of 16. The Gunners' record over the Bavarians doesn't make for good reading as they have been dumped out on every occasion they have faced the Germans in the knockout phase of the competition and as such would be out for revenge when they play at the Allianz-Arena on Tuesday.

Elsewhere, there is another clash of the Titans as French Champions, Paris Saint-Germain prepare to host Barcelona at the Parc des Princes.

Barcelona go into the game on the back of a 6-0 demolition of Alaves in the La Liga this past weekend. Whilst PSG also head into this one with confidence sky high having won 5 and drawn 1 of their last 6.

The games in full:
 Tuesday
 Benfica v Borussia Dortmund
 PSG v Barcelona
 Real Madrid v Napoli

 Wednesday
 Bayern Munich v Arsenal

The remainder of the clashes will be played in a weeks time.
